The 'Morphic Resonance' image is an extension of the ideas of Rupert Sheldrake upon which the exhibition is based.
A visual 'key' was created whereby each artist and affiliated organisation was assigned a shape, which they could use to present and promote themselves. As an image to denote the exhibition, one amorphous-looking shape has been used, made up from the other, smaller shapes. The constituent elements have the potential to be separated, used on their own, or to be collected together to form many other combinations. This illustrates the possible cross collaborations and exchange of ideas and creates a system that all artists can use individually, whilst retaining the overall aesthetic and conceptual notion of the project.
