Discover, enjoy, buy contemporary art
21 - 23 November 2008 Open daily 12-6pm, free entry
Axis presents Future50 featuring 50 of the most interesting and significant UK artists of 2008, handpicked by curator and gallerist Ceri Hand and Axis curator Liz Aston from the Axis website.
This is the first event of its kind in Leeds, giving you a snapshot of diverse, exciting contemporary practice alongside the opportunity to buy great works of art in a friendly environment.
All work is available for sale with prices starting at £150. An exciting element of Future50 is there will be no waiting around - all work can be taken away at the time of purchase. Experts will be on hand to offer advice and information about the artists, work and collecting throughout the weekend.
All work is available to preview and buy online from November 2008 until the end of January 2009
Please note that online purchasing will be suspended during 20-24 November when purchasing will only be possible at PSL [Project Space Leeds] during Future50 opening hours.
